CLM and CRF - Did 'CEF Mastery' Call it or What?

I stated in the video that if CLM and CRF held onto their gains going into October when Cornerstone sets their annual distribution rate for the following year, there would be a slight increase in the distribution without the need for a 'Rights Offering.' The increases were bigger than slight, but definitely the right call.
